Frequently Asked Questions
The family-safe policy of Silly Stories says that we will not make any content publically available either on the website or the iPhone/iPod Touch app that could be considered inapproperate. Due to that, stories will not be made immediately available to the public as they must be reviewed by an administrator first. If you are logged into the website, you will see your story appear in the story gallery with a status under its title. The below screenshot shows an example of what this looks like:  Since the Silly Stories iPhone / iPod Touch application has a database that remains in sync with the online database, the removal of a story could cause database inconsistancies with the handheld application. A future patch to the game will be created to solve this known issue. If you no longer want to have a story associated with your account, please notify us at info@sillystoriesapp.com and we will change the story to be created from our anonymous account. The answer to this question is similar to the answer of question #1. Our family safe policy keeps us from automatically posting stories until they have been reviewed by an administrator. The review of a story should take no longer than 24 hours. If your story has not posted by then, and you believe that it doesn't have any inapproperate content, feel free to contact us and ask for a status update. |
